Established in 2006, Beach Bunny Swimwear has become a world renowned company thanks to its innovative beachwear. Founder of Beach Bunny Swimwear, Angela Chittenden had a budding passion for couture at an early age. “Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve always loved fashion and swimwear,” she explains, taking a momentary break from her jam-packed schedule to speak about her design philosophy. “So being able to combine the two is a dream come true for me.” It is because of this accomplishment that the company was able to open branded storefronts in 2009. During the month of February five new collections were launched which included; the Mermaid, Alpha Girl, Tart Noire, Class Act, and Goddess swimwear collections. Top models Irina Shayk, Rosie Hunnington, and Joanna Krupa were chosen to sport the new swimwear collections, an additive that’s bound to grab the attention of onlookers.

Have you ever looked at a runway ensemble and thought, "That's nice, but where in the world would i wear that to?" HIFASH MAGAZINE is happy to announce that we have found the solution to all of your runway woes, Sheila Frank, an up and coming designer from Pennsylvania. Her collections range from any day "out & about" wear to high fashion, couture designs. In 2007, Sheila Frank began her Swimwear label influenced by pinups of the 40's and 50's and a Resort Swim collection. Soon thereafter, in 2008, Sheila showed a Demi Couture collection in Jan 2008. For her Spring 2009 Collection, Sheila showed a RTW Collection that was more of a party-girl style. Most recently, Sheila showed a RTW Collection for Spring 2010 that is the most wearable/ marketable compared to previous collections. This collection did not include swimwear for the first time, which is Sheila's staple.

Cory Couture is one the most unique fashion designers that we at HIFASH have had the pleasure of being exposed to. Cory started designing two years ago from Baton Rouge, Louisiana and is now located in San Francisco, California. Fascinated and captivated by the different colors and textures in the design field, he enrolled in the San Francisco State University and graduated with a Fashion Design degree. His skill, knowledge, and passion are heavily displayed in all of his extravagant pieces. He specializes in the Vietnamese Ao Dai designs, wedding, evening and ballroom gowns. Cory also creates beautiful swimwear and ice-skating designs. His 1st Elegant Evening Gown Fashion Show took place at Viet Idol December 2006 with Thuy Tien Entertainment. Thereafter, he has held numerous charity fashion shows and his been the headlining designer in many fashion shows.

Hifash Magazine was lucky enough to be attendance at the Philadelphia Fashion Week finale event, the Couture Runway Show. The show was absolutely beautiful topped with high energy and pulsating music. Saturday night's designers included: Nevets Couture, Melani Von Alexandria, Ying Edge, Ray Vincente, Mon Ari 1962, Todd Anthony, Ke Collection and Cory Couture.We are excited to see what next year will bring!
